At HomeLet we’re extremely excited (and not just because Santa’s coming soon) because we’ve now launched Landlord’s Insurance+. We’ve been letting everyone know about some of the benefits of our new product, but what about the price?
We carried out a comparison of our new product Landlord’s Insurance+ against our old product using an average three bed terraced property in Birmingham built between 1900 and 1919 which is managed by a letting agent, occupied by full time employed tenants and has three years no claims.
Old price 692.49
New price 344.79
That’s a saving of 347.70
